Following graduation from
Villanova Law School
and admission to the New York State and District of Columbia Bars. Jim
joined the law firm of Levene, Gouldin & Thompson where he practiced
labor law before moving to Roberts Maintenance Supply.
Under his leadership, Roberts Supply
grew into one of the nation’s largest and most respected sanitary supply
distributors. In that capacity, he developed supply programs for
numerous Fortune 500 companies and leading service providers.
Selling Roberts Supply to Unisource
enabled Jim to focus on the service aspects of facility management.
Jim founded Matrix Integrated Facility Management in 1996 and
co-founded the American
Institute for Cleaning Sciences
(AICS)
in 2000.
Jim is a frequently a featured
speaker at
ISSA Convention and Expo,
NFM&T Conference
and Expo
and, IFMA World Workplace Conference.
Recently, Jim authored and developed ISSA's revolutionary workloading
software, InfoClean.
InfoClean is an intuitive and amazingly powerful workloading program

Jim was the lead author of the
Cleaning Industry
Management Standard and is one of the cleaning industry’s leading
authorities on the use of standards to drive service improvements.
